I'm Michaela, a certified personal trainer working with women across the Silver Coast region — including Adliswil, Thalwil, Hausen Am Albis, Baar, Zürich & Zug. Originally from the UK, I've been living and training in Switzerland for over 12 years, and I've come to really appreciate the strength and balance in the Swiss approach to an active lifestyle.
My approach to training changed completely when I was diagnosed with PCOS. It taught me that fitness isn't one-size-fits-all. Hormones, stress, sleep, nutrition — everything is connected. Today I specialise in helping women navigate exactly this, building sustainable training that works with your body, not against it.

When I was diagnosed with PCOS, I quickly realised that standard training advice doesn't always work for every woman. For many, the wrong type or intensity of exercise can add stress to the system rather than support it.
Over time, I've focused on understanding how to train in a way that supports women with PCOS with an emphasis on managing stress load, supporting hormonal balance through lifestyle and nutrition, and building strength in a sustainable, non-inflammatory way.
